While each dress up day is intended to be fun, please dress respectfully. No shorts or spaghetti straps. Shoes and socks must be worn every day. Please follow school dress code policy.
National Catholic Schools week is the annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. It starts the last Sunday in January and runs all week, which in 2019 is January 27th - February 3rd. Through a variety of events, Catholic schools like ours focus on the value Catholic Education provides to young people and its contributions to our Church, our communities, our nation, and the world.
Schedule of Activities for the week:
January 28th, Monday--Celebrating the Parish:
Blue & Yellow shirt, and Crazy Hair Day
- Students wear Navy Blue or yellow shirt with school bottom and have a care free crazy hair day!
- School-wide prayer service at 8:30 a.m. Come pray with us!
- History Fair Project Display (9:00am-3:00pm) Come look at the amazing projects!
- Buddy Activities
Students wear appropriate pajamas and bring a stuffed animal to school
- Make tie dye t-shirts (Students are to bring a white t-shirt for this activity)
- History Fair Continues
Students wear "Orange" shirts with school bottom
- Career Fair: 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.👮♀️👩🍳👨🏫👨🎓
- Parents eat lunch with students (12:00-1:00): Parents are strongly encouraged to bring lunch for their children while having an on-site bonding experience. Please NO DROP OFFS ALLOWED!!! Parents MUST stay the hour and have lunch with their child for the ONE HOUR lunch break!!!!! (Children get sad when their classmates have something fancy to eat, and someone to eat with and they are left all alone).

- History Fair Continues
- Students wear Athletic Jersey
- Maria Regina School on Wheels Activity (1:00-2:15): Bring skateboard, roller skates, scooter, bike, etc.
Gaming Day with electronic devices and board games are for 5th-8th grade students only! Please do not send these devices to school with your 3rd grade child!!! Only for upper grades!!!
February 1st: Friday: Friday--Unity Day: Grandparents Day
- Students wear School Uniform
- All Grandparents come to Mass at 10:00a.m. and your grandchild will give you a special keepsake!
- Everyone is welcome to come to the First Friday Mass at 10:00 a.m
Please come to Family Mass at 10:00 a.m. bring all the family to pray together! Pray for your team to win before the Big Game!!!
